Project Objective
A cylinder head consists of inlet-exhaust valves that are arranged in sequence
specific to the engine model. The inlet and exhaust valves are similar in design and appearance
and there is potential risk of the valves being swapped. To avoid such errors a machine vision
based solution was required that will perform visual inspection of the cylinder head after the
valves are inserted by the operator.
